Premier Exhibitions – Dialog in the Dark
Project: Walkway awning the entire length of this building at Atlantic Station.
ATLANTA – Premier Exhibitions asked us to design, fabricate, and install a walkway awning to provide identity and to shelter patrons from the hot sun or inclement weather. The approved design projected six feet from the wall and extended the full 180-foot length of the building. A 10-inch rigid valance identifies The Exhibition Center in eight-inch matte white lettering.
Beefing up the faux brick facade proved critical to the success of the project. Without proper blocking inside the wall behind the faux brick, a down drafts or uplift could damage or destroy this second floor awning.

Once the project was approved, Georgia Tent employees go to work fabricating metal sections, making the fabric cover, and applying graphic lettering.
Each section is transported to the job site and installed.
The finished project offers exhibit-goers sleek shelter, rain or shine.
Low Bid Costs Twice As Much
The awning in the photo below is not one of ours. We gave them a quote but they went with a lower bid. When high winds destroyed this awning, they called us for a replacement. We know exactly what went wrong the first time and it wouldn’t have happened had our awning been installed. They tried to save money and ended up buying the same awning twice.
